Cariba began with a simple belief: great food should be effortless—no shortcuts on quality, no compromises on culture. We learned Epis the same way so many Haitians do: side-by-side with family, measuring by feeling and by memory. Then we tuned it for consistency and clean labels, so you can count on it every time.
Today, Cariba exists to make weeknight cooking faster and better—while keeping the flame of tradition alive.
