At Cariba Foods, we take pride in creating high-quality Caribbean-inspired food products made with care and freshness. Because our items are food-based and perishable, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds to ensure safety and compliance with food-handling regulations.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns once an order has left our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
- The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- You must provide a photo of the product and packaging showing the issue.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or partially used food items
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage
- Products purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized resellers
- Clearance, promotional, or “Final Sale” items
All perishable food items are considered final sale unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll issue a replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the issue was our fault.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
5. Order Cancellations
Because we prepare and pack items quickly to maintain freshness, orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at
hellocariba@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist before shipment.
6. Return Shipping (If Applicable)
In rare cases where we request a product to be returned for inspection, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Unauthorized returns or packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
